Grade B Quality 60-90cm Cherry Laurel plants in 7.5L pots (minimum order 100)
2-3ft Cherry Laurel (Prunus Laurocerasus) 60-90cm (7.5L) - Grade B Quality
If you want a cost-effective way to create a hedge, our grade B quality 2-3ft cherry laurels are a bargain! These plants don’t meet our high standards for premium quality, but will still create a fantastic privacy screen in no time.
Cherry laurels have glossy, evergreen leaves, with small, fragrant white flowers in the spring. By summer, they produce cherry-red fruit that matures to black by the autumn. Growing at a rate of 30-60cm (1-2ft) per year, it won’t be long before you have an established hedge to protect your boundary.
These plants are supplied in a 7.5L pot and can be planted in the ground straight away, but we recommend planting in October or November. This gives the roots time to establish over winter and you won’t have to worry about watering them all the time. Plant at a rate of 2 per metre to create a dense hedge.
Within 5-10 years, your cherry laurels could reach a height of 4-8 metres (13-26ft) and a spread of 2.5-4 metres (8-13ft).
