Premium 225-250cm Cherry Laurel plants grown in a container.
7-8ft Cherry Laurel (Prunus Laurocerasus) | 225-250cm (Container Grown)
Our 225-250cm (7-8ft) cherry laurels are a versatile and attractive choice for hedging. With their glossy, evergreen foliage, they provide year-round interest and privacy. In spring, they produce clusters of small, fragrant white flowers, followed by cherry-red fruits that mature to black, adding seasonal charm.
Growing at an impressive rate of 1-2ft (30-60cm) per year, these cherry laurels are perfect for creating an almost instant privacy screen or hedge that quickly becomes well-established. For the best results, plant 1 per metre to achieve a dense and uniform hedge.
These rootball laurel plants are ready for immediate planting, and can help you achieve a dense hedge almost instantly. While cherry laurels can be planted throughout the year, the ideal time is during October or November. This allows the roots to establish over the winter months, requiring less watering and effort. Make sure you leave the hessian on the rootball to protect the roots through the winter.
We take pride in the quality of our plants and are confident you won’t find better cherry laurels anywhere else!
